"Repeat prescription HELL"

I have been going to this practise for 21 years however I am absolutely appalled by the recent service I have received. I have been trying to get the contraceptive pill for a month a half now. First time they said I needed a blood pressure check which was fine, however the FOUR other times I have been back since to pick up my repeat prescription they had not put it through the system. My sister has also had a similar experience with trying to get her prescription. The organisation of the place is clearly terrible and I am going to move doctors because it is unacceptable.
