About: 188 The Practice

Been a patient at this Surgery for 40 years. One particular doctor is the GP I try to see, and we also like another doctor. He’s an excellent GP, friendly, clear, well informed and sympathetic. Fortunately we’ve never had any life or death concerns so far, but we would be confident dealing with him if it came to that.

The nurses are also professional and pleasant.

Reception had improved greatly the last few years. It used to be far from the best, but now they are efficient, pleasant, and the online system works well. Phones usually answered quickly

Afraid the building is a dump (they won’t argue), little changed since 1979 when we joined. It must be a difficult place to work and urgently needs total renovation or replacement.
