About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

When I arrived at the Ophthalmology reception I was taken immediately even  although I was 15 minutes early . 

The nurse that attended  to me then escorted me to another waiting room to await the doctor.

 Again I was only waiting about 5 minutes when I was seen by Dr  Yusef . He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable by the way he I was examined . 

He also called in Dr Datta and again I had excellent care . 

Between  both doctors ,  X-ray staff and reception team ,  I had 5star treatment. 
Thank you all for an excellent experience of National Health Care .
