"More than just first class healthcare"

Once again I am moved to express my gratitude to the staff at Pilgrim Hospital for their amazing ability to magic away apprehension and embarrassment through their kind, sensitive and sympathetic approach to patient care.

A two week referral from my GP came through within a week, which was both impressive and a bit scary. As an overweight middle aged woman the prospect of being examined was itself almost as daunting as the concern about what such an examination may reveal.

Everyone who dealt with me made each part of the process as comfortable as they possibly could, both physically and psychologically and for that i am truly grateful.
