"Awaiting results 4 months on."

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Neurology

I am still waiting for a neurology appointment for follow up after a lumbar puncture at Medway to rule out MS. I had this done in 18th May and I keep telephoning the secretary to be informed 1st that the lady for the consultant has now left so then I get transferred to a answerphone to leave my details and this will be dealt with, well I have phoned twice over the last couple of weeks and still have not received a follow up appointment. This has obviously been on my mind for the last 4 months, I do not understand why the hold up to get results. All I want is a follow up appointment.
