Never ever can get an appointment when needed...

Their online system is a joke, there is nothing ever available within the first 4 weeks. Over the phone it might be reduced to 3 weeks. Thanks for the help.

Extremely unfriendly receptionist.

Useless system.

We are saddened to read your comments and encourage people to contact the practice manager to discuss any complaint regarding staff so that we can look into and address any issue. Whilst we are aware of the shortage of pre-bookable appointments due to various reasons we can always offer a telephone triage appointment with a GP who can then advise options. Hope this helps.
