So after trying to get to speak to someone for about 4-5 week.
I received a letter that I had been discharged due to not answering.
When it turns out they wrote down the wrong number.
Previously it was correct but no one rang.
I then rang to book an appointment and the receptionist said they would send a letter.
I advised I would like this on a Tuesday due to the days I work.
I then missed the call on Tuesday due to visiting a friend who has been dealing with personal problems.
I than rang back and the receptionist or whoever she was.
Was extremely rude and basically made out I’m a liar.
For someone who’s ringing a service about mental health.
Depression and anxiety it doesn’t make you want to speak to them. She was very dis-interested. And said that I missed my appointment now I’m discharged.
But what about the times I’ve not received no calls and been let down.
Poor poor service and quite frankly not helpful.
I’ve not spoken to any clinician at the moment.
But if you want people to use this service I’d suggest getting someone who doesn’t speak to people like there idiots.
Very unhappy.
