About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency William Harvey Hospital / Out of hours service

(as a relative),

My husband was unwell with a temp, confused, tired. 111 picked up quickly, I described the symptoms - they spoke to my husband briefly.

It was decided for him to be taken to hospital to see a IC24 doctor. The wait was only 25 mins he was then redirected to A&E where he was seen put on antibiotics and waited for a hospital bed as he had been admitted.
