"Poorly baby shocking service"

About: Failsworth Group Practice

I was ringing the surgery from 8.30am-11am as my baby was crying none stop hadn’t been to the toliet in 12 hours and had a mottled rash on her legs I got no answer so I drove to the surgery and was told by the receptionist a ladyt hat No one could see my baby until 4.30pm I ended up crying as my baby was so unwell and they wouldn’t help me! I then went down to the pharmacy and a lady who was waiting for a piscription saw how upset I was and took me and my baby back to the surgery and demanded to see a manager we was told to take a seat as the manager was in a meeting and would see us when she was finished! My baby was breaking her heart in pain. Eventually the manager came out and said she would try get us seen but we had missed the morning emergency slots! Awful experience no compassion the girl on reception was rude and seamed in a foul mood! I will be changing surgery as I don’t know how they could look at my baby An leave her in such a state!!!
