From the pre-op assessment right through to the discharge procedure, I was made to feel confident that I was being cared for by a competent, and professional team. The staff were also friendly, and their approach percolated through to the other patients - so I made some good friends too.
I’ve had major surgery in three hospitals. This has been the best experience.
I wish the review would allow me to name individuals, as I have several persons I really would like to thank.
