About: Belvedere Medical Centre

I have used the online consultant service a few times at the centre and I have to say I am very pleased with the service so far.

The service has saved me hours where I would have been waiting queuing waiting to be seen.

You simply complete the form and a member of staff normally email you within the deadline advising what to do next.

Would definately recommend this service to others.

Thank you for taking the time to post a comment about your experience of Belvedere Medical Centre’s eConsultation service.

We have found this is proving to be very well received as it means easier access for our patients who can submit an eConsult at any time day or night.

If the surgery receives your eConsult before 13:00 Monday – Friday you will receive a response the same day and if we receive it after 13:00 we will respond the following working day.

This service also means a lot of things can be dealt with without patients having to actually make an appointment to be seen in surgery.

It is always nice to receive positive feedback and we hope you continue to have good experience at our surgery
