"Lovely and professional"

I came in for my appointment with a female doctor a young and lovely doctor - quite anxious as it was regarding female issues. The surgery was very busy when I arrived so I expected a big wait however the young lady on reception informed me that several clinics and doctors were all running. I was taken in on time for my appointment no problems great! The doctor was lovely asked a lot of questions and talked me through all the examinations she was going to preform - the same female receptionist came in to assist her both were very reassuring, professional and humorous which was great because I was very nervous - my examinations and tests were over before I knew it all that panic for nothing! I have been at this doctors a long time and never had any issues always been treated very well but this time in particular I felt very well treated. Thank you sorrel bank
