I have been with this practice for over 15 years. I have always been treated with respect and dignity.

I find the telephone triage system very good - if required an appointment is forthcoming at an approprate time. Often the consultation by telephone is thorough and does not require further visit or action.

I feel fortunate to be with this practice.

Some people will find this a little impersonal - this is certainly not the case for myself.

Those that are unhappy should compare the raiting scores with those from Aylesbury practices - the grass is by no means greener; indeed in several practices you will find hay rather than grass.
