"Excellent experience-thank you so much"

I attended an outpatient dermatology clinic on 15/09/2018. It was a hugely positive experience although I had been nervous about attending. The Consultant was very helpful, knowledgeable and put me at ease. He explained my condition to me clearly and gave me a clear treatment plan that made sense and I understood the rationale. The whole team were friendly and professional and I was seen exactly on time (which I didn't expect or mind about!) which was an extra bonus!

I cant speak highly enough of my experience and am very grateful to the team for seeing me and helping me access the correct treatment for my issue.
