About: Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup)

I have just returned from my THIRD visit to NEWLANDS for my cataract operation.

Yet again I have been turned away without having the operationl.

THIS IS APPALLING AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME.

I returned early ftom a weekend trip for this op

Someone should sort this department out ........YOU HAVE WASTED SO MANY

HOURS OF

MY LIFE WITH USELESS CLINC APPOINTMENTS,

I'm very sorry to heave about your cancelled operations at QMS.

It must be very distressing for you.

If you are still waiting for your operation, I wonder if contacting our Patient Advice and Liaison Service might be a good idea and they might be able to help move things along for you.
