"Told no further help can be given"

I waited on the high intensity theory list for nearly a year.finally I got my counsellor to have two sessions only to be told I need to join other list for one to one counselling and couldn’t get anymore help.im still suffering with anxiety depression and stress but I need to drag up my past now to get help.i come to get help for anxiety now I feel back to square one.whats the point.
