I have attended the clinic twice in the past.
Both times I thought it was a waste of time. The young physiotherapists hired by the NHS, don’t help patients to improve their movements. They will not use manual therapy -massage- or electrotherapy.
They will evaluate your condition, give you exercises to do and send you home.
I find the whole experience rather useless.
I had received physiotherapy treatments in the past but always with physios that got physically involved with me with movement and exercise.
I think what happens in the clinic is a disgrace because you don’t get a treatment through physical methods which is what physiotherapy is all about.
I have been referred today again and most certainly, I will ask to be sent somewhere else.
"Physiotherapy? I doubt it"
