About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Winchester

(as a service user),

Just been in ACT. I went in there with Ricky who facilitates it and was tearful when I went in there. Felt negative and stressed. Talking to Ricky has helped me get stuff off my chest and then realise that what Ricky says in ACT has changed my aspect to be more positive. I LOVE ACT its helped me along the way to stay Safe  & Clean

Thank you for your feedback, this was really nice to read and I will pass this onto Ricky. I am please to hear that ACT is having a positive impact on our service users in Winchester and we are hoping to start a2nd ACT group in the near future.
