What I liked
I was reffered to the musculoskeletal department. I didn't like the receptionists attitude in this department - rude and unhelpful.
I've been having lower back for over a year now. I had a scan which came back OK, however i'm obviously still in pain and having problems. To get the scan in the first place it was like trying to get blood out of a stone, I had to argue why I needed one. The person I see there thinks I don't need to see anybody else and showed me 1 or 2 exercises which they think will correct my problem. Have been doing them and still in pain.
What could be improved
Receptionists attitude
Quality of service
Understand better the needs of the patient
"Unhelpful."
