I visited the orthopaedic outpatient department today for a follow up appointment.
I was extremely impressed with my treatment. Everything was explained clearly to me and I was involved completely in decisions.
Very efficient.
The staff were kind and extremely professional.
I left my appointment in a happy, positive frame of mind.
Thank you to the staff.
