About: The Central Surgery

I am always amazed when I read about people not being able to get a service from their GP practice.

The Central Surgery is always easily accessible.

The staff are unfailingly helpful, polite and friendly.

The new system of contacting the surgery my email or telephone and the GP calling back is first rate and saves a lot of GP time (and MY time) on unnecessary appointments when all I need is advice.

Thankyou for spending time sharing feedback. We will let the team know at our regular meeting. Our first year anniversary of moving to a new access system is coming up in October. We have been delighted to hear how many of our patients are finding it an improvement; sharing similar feedback both in terms of your time saved and ease with which you can speak to your GP of choice.
