"Bad Tempered & bad manners"

I visited the surgery on the 3/9/2018 where i was seen by a male doctor told he was a locum doctor. I was also in the room with one of on duty staff so i had someone i new who i had met the day before who was fine. I found i was having a mental health breakdown he was rude unhelpful & also messed my medicines around instead of giving me tablets to carm me down he made my medicine box into a daily instead of a weekly. Since this visit i have been unable to get anyone to listen to me the phone never gets answered. It now means i have no local Dr surgery i have missed 5 days of medication. The only thing i can do from now on is go to The main Hospital Bristol in the day or W-S-M. I fault we where ment to stay away from The Hospitals, With Clevedon Medical Centre This is one place that really needs to be looked at as a emergency case before its to late. Its now the 11.8.2018 not feeling great at all feel very low due to no medications still not been delivered by Rowlands chemists im not going through another day like yesterday & im now scared of feelings & seeing Evil with whispering voices of hateing people
