"Rude reception staff"

I can’t fault the nurses and doctors of this surgery. They are polite, incredibly helpful and nothing is too much effort for them! I hate to say it but the reception staff are some of the rudest I have ever come across and make the experience of visiting the surgery uncomfortable. They make you feel like any little thing you ask for is inconvenient for them and I definitely do not appreciate the eye rolling I have received from them on numerous occasions!
