(as the patient),

Rang to query need for tetanus as high risk injury was given appt in 20mins and was able to get injury checked, washed and dressed plus have tetanus injection. Impressed by prompt, efficient and very sympathetic response.

Also able to share some issues relating to my mum who had just been in hopital. Nurse incredibly supportive. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback, i remember this call well and am pleased we could fit you straight in with a nurse as you were worried when you called. We do try our best to accomodate all emergencies as well as routine appointments. I shall pass on your comments to the nurse who treated you.
