Yes, it took time to get through the electronic telephone system, the surgery was busy - but I was given a same day appt for an urgent issue and felt care for, reassured and safe.
Reception staff were friendly, professional and welcoming and the GP I saw listened to me and gave me advice and reassurance after a very worrying medical emergency. Very happy to recommend.
