"Saddened by rude nurses"

Terribly saddened by how rude and sarcastic two nurses were last night in AMU ward. This was shocking as in my experience of north Middlesex university hospital both professionally and as a patient’s relative I have only ever had utmost respect. I left in tears after saying goodbye to my poorly relative.

was extremely sorry to hear about your experience in the AMU Department . It is not the expected standard of treatment for our patients and visitors. The senior team in the AMU Department has reminded all staff that all patients must be treated with courtesy and dignity.
