"Respiratory Team"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Respiratory medicine

I only moved to this area in October 2017 and when comparing with my previous hospital in Peterborough it took a very long and complicated method to obtain an appointment with the Respiratory Team once referred by my GP, consequently I was very apprehensive as to the standard of treatment I would receive when the appointment finally came through.

It has since transpired that my concern was unwarranted as the treatment I have received from the doctor and his team is nothing short of excellent and surpasses that of my previous hospital (which I rated highly).

Of particular praise I would like to mention the Physiotherapist and the Respiratory Nurse for their patience and ability to explain the situation and treatment in plain uncomplicated language, I left them feeling that I am receiving the best treatment possible for my condition.

Yours sincerely

Ann Reily
