"Choose another hospital"

I booked an appointment to see ear,nose,throat doctor with waiting time 28 days what was really good.The doctor sent me to make scan what was after 6 weeks it is ok too.Person who made me scan told that result would be after 7-10 days to the doctor and I would receive letter what to do next.After waiting for 6 weeks I called to hospital for information.Every person whom I called gave me other phone number so I called at least at 6 numbers. No one knew about my appointment or ever about scan.What a communication between hospital departments. When I tried to book appointment the lady on phone told that something was wrong and system didn't let her to do it. After few hours I received a call that an appointment was available for me after 9 weeks and I agreed to have it. When I received a letter

I was surprise as appointment supposed to be in Welwyn GC but not in Stevenage which I had to cancel.How can change hospital without letting you know?!When I asked for appointment in Lister hospital the lady put me on waiting list so I do not how long I have to wait until I will get treat.HOW LONG ACTUALLY SHOULD BE TREATMENT FOR SINUSES .YEARS?
