"Croydon Diabetes Service Group Diabetes Education"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Diabetes service

(as a service user),

This is now the second time that I have received a letter which I have been booked to attend the group education.

Each time, only a week’s notice is given of the education. Do the health service not realise that patients need a little more notice to book things in their diaries?

I am a busy business owner and it is totally unreasonable to not give more notice.

Dear Steve

Thank you for your feedback.

We can only apologies for the short notice and we will endeavour to ensure that more notice is given of appointments in future.

If you would consider contacting me at Julie.miller5@nhs.net and give me your name and contact details then I will forward those details to the Service Lead so that they can liaise with you in order to arrange a convenient date for the group session.

Thank you once again for your feedback.

Kind regards

Julie
