I went in to the surgery for a simple request - to register my son, however after I had spent half an hour filling in the registration forms, I went to give the forms to the receptionist and after saying Hello to her, she simply picked up the phone and made a call as if I wasn't there. I was then left waiting for another 10 minutes while she spoke on the phone - which was clearly more important than me even though I had already been waiting for far too long. When the receptionist took my forms she said that I couldn't register and would have to fill out new forms and come back at another time! I was there during the times when registrations are accepted and when I asked her why I can't register, she simply shrugged as if I should know!!! And this is only one of many incidences where I have been mocked and ignored and even laughed at when I had a genuine problem by reception.
When I asked to speak to a manager I was simply answered with a smug smile and a "There's no-one here now"
Completely terrible service, feel like I have been treated like dirt because the receptionists are mocking and don't care for your needs.
"Terrible Service - Please train your staff!!!"
