Having had treatment earlier this year for potential cervical cancer, which at the time was iffy at best, whereby no one listened to the issues I had with local anesthetic and still tried to book me in for this procedure, until I nearly begged to have a general, has issues on the day with the general and ended up with an infection, consultant issued antibiotics and then that was it no follow up etc (thankfully my GP listened and prescribed a second dose of antibiotics)

Went to change the 6 mo appointment time as private patient to out of hours, informed I cant do this without calling daily, when asked why i was booked in for x clinic no one can find my notes and tell me what is happening, was shouted at down the phone by receptionist telling me she isnt a doctor totally rude and uncalled for, and as I am dealing with other medical issues at present no compassion found, sadly I think Rivers has gone down hill since last year when I visited for a different issue.
