From nervously going through the entrance until I left, the whole experience was first class.

I was going to the Dermatology ward for a little treatment to get something removed from my forehead. We saw (I think) Liz first on the desk and she immediately put us at ease and had a good laugh with my wife saying I was nervous. 

I was then collected by Kirsty who spoke all the way to the room where she was going to do the small op. On arrival I met Angela who was assisting Kirsty and just helped me relax through the whole process. I don’t normally comment on things like this however, these 2 young ladies and Liz made my visit bearable and so relaxing.
