"Compassionate service from paramedics"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a service user),

I have to say how well I was treated by the 2 paramedics that came to my house in Elgin on Sunday they spent time with me knowing I was dealing with a difficult condition on my own. They knew the condition even though its uncommon, they even explained my ecg to me. It meant a lot to me when I was feeling in pain and very low. Thank you those guys

Dear Seahorse47,

Thank you for taking the time to contact the Scottish Ambulance Service through Care Opinion. It means a lot to us and the frontline crews, who respond to patients in very demanding and difficult circumstances, to recieve feedback from patients and their families.

I am sorry to learn that you were unwell and had to call upon our services. I do hope that you have recovered since.

I am pleased to hear that the compassionate approach of the crew who attended to you on Sunday helped you feel cared for and understanding of your condition. It must have been a worrying time for you.

To assist us in identifying who the crew were to enable us to pass on your welcomed feedback, can you please call the administration team on 0124 812200 to pass on further details of when we attended to you and the address and let Dawn or Chris know that it is in connection with your feedback on the Care Opinion platform?

Thank you.

Euan..
