I have been with east team cpn service since 18yrs old I’m now 54 but this last cpn I have had ad got to be the worst I have ever had I have been struggling with new tablets went cold turkey for 3wks she never even responded to my text I have now got new medication again but it causes adgitation and no sleep so desperate for her rang east team told them I don’t want her I need help but they saying that she will ring me tmrw but I don’t want her she is useless I feel so alone and scared my depression is getting worse but I will not be forced to have her again

Thank you for taking the time to post your concerns about your experience of using our service.

I've spoken to the team you've referred to in your posting and we are really concerned about some of the things you have shared with us. We don't want anyone we have contact with to feel alone and scared and where our staff are supporting you, we want you to feel confident with any response or intervention you receive.
