"Impossible to get appointments"

Since having a bilateral mastectomy then diep flap surgery. It has been impossible to get a second appointment with my surgeon without having to wait months !. I have health issues I want to discuss, a swollen hard stomach and I still have to wait months. No duty of care, passed around different secretaries by phone. Told that my surgeon wants to know what my problems are. Absolutely appauling service. All l was offered is PALS if I wanted to make a complaint. On seeing my surgeon last time I was told that"Im not a stomach surgeon" he performed the operation! I feel fobbed off and just left to deal with the issue myself. I am sure I'm not the only patient that has been treated this way.
