"Broken toe of my 13 year old"

About: Kettering General Hospital / Accident and emergency

In December 2017 my daughter broke her big toe in the snow. Due to this she also snapped her toe nail and all i was told to do with her nail is file the jagged edge. In march she started getting infections in this break on the nail, form then she kept getting given oral medication which should have been a cream directly on to the nail. I then eventually got given cream on June the 24th 2018 this have not helped at this appointment i was told by the Doctor he would send a letter to my GP top get her referred to get her nail removed this again didn't happen. I went back to the hospital 12th September again to resolve this as she has been in pain with this to now be told this cant be done on the NHS!!
