"An excellent practice"

I have been disappointed to hear the negative reports circulating about Loughton Health Centre

I have been a patient for more then 39 years and have never had cause to complain.

For instance, I visited the surgery on Wednesday 13Sept 2018 . I had no problem making an emergency appointment on the day (the new system of queueing is very helpful).

I saw the female doctor on duty that day ,having fist been seen by a student doctor who dealt with all the ground work (what a good system that is ! )

She was totally thorough , examined me , read the notes on the screen with great care , prescribed some drugs which have really helped and put in motion a series of blood tests .

She also took care to check my mobile number as I hope to go on holiday soon and asked me to let the practice know if I did not go..

This was just one instance if the care I have received.

I also visit the surgery quite often on behalf of my husband and the staff are always so friendly and helpful . Given the difficult circumstances they are working under I am amazed at their constant good manners .

It seems to me that some members of the public feel they have Carts Blanche Ti be as rude as they like I find this quite amazing.

Well done to all at the practice and thank you for all you do.
