Thank you for your comment on the care your mother has received at Wells Park Practice. As a team, we strive to provide a high standard of care for our patients and continuously assess our procedures with the aim of improving the services we provide to our patients.

Unfortunately we cannot address the comment you have raised regarding significant issues with the reception staff due to clarity. However, it would be highly beneficial if you could contact the surgery directly to discuss these issues.
