My first visit to the Jasmine Centre was in February 2012. As expected I was extremely nervous as I did not know what to expect. The staff at Jasmine Centre could not have been any more attentive and considerate. I was informed every step of the way as to what was happening and every test or operation was explained in great detail along with the choices I had. Not once did I feel that the staff did not care and I certainly was not treated as 'a number'. I was made to feel that I was the most important person in that clinic and they did everything possible to support me.
Sadly I was diagnosed with breast cancer again in April 2018 but I was reassured by the fact I knew the treatment and professionalism I would receive would be second to none.
Every time I visit the Jasmine Centre I am welcomed by my first name and I always get hugs from some of the nurses. They are more like friends to me than nurses, receptionists or consultants but they always remain professional when it counts.
There are no words good enough to show my appreciation to all of them but I will always be truly grateful for how I was and still am, treated. Thank you thank you thank you Jasmine Centre xxxx
