I have been a patient with gmc for ten years, and I have to admit my dealings with reception over the has cont to improve I am 67 and have lived all over the uk, so have registered at many surgeries and have found majority of my encounters with receptionist have been there dismissive, rude lack empathy also understanding which to me are of the greatest importance since they are first point of contact. Gladstone has the friendliest most welcoming group of girls led by whom I assume is there senior receptionist, whom I find impressively attentive and goes above and beyond her duty regardless.
