Over the last 12 months, depreciating service in answering telephone including occasions when not answered after 30 minutes plus, even though it is claimed that the receptionist 'knows you are waiting'. Even had one occasion of a divert (in the middle of the morning) when call was diverted to a message 'your surgery is now open please call direct' !
Absolute shambolic handling of repeat prescriptions with shortages, missing, late, sent to other pharmacies and unbelievable broken promises time after time to pharmacy staff. Possible negligence causing patient stress.
