"Safe environment"

I have been going to Dorothy Hyman rehabilitation centre for eight weeks due to an heart attack, the support is fantastic, l went from feeling fragile to being positive and able to face life again. Men and woman carry out their exercise together, there’s a wide age range which makes for a really fun time. I would recommend anyone who has been offered the opportunity to go to Dorothy Hymans after an illness to take up the offer.
