I honestly feel let down by Lymebrook.
Despite struggling on a daily basis I feel like they don't help or even care.
Initially, I had a wonderful care coordinator who was kind, understanding and did anything she could to help. Unfortunatly she then left Lymebrook and I was informed I would be notified of a new Care coordinator, which I was after several months of waiting.
When I was assigned a new Care coordinator, they kept cancelling appointments or re scheduling and despite an arrangement to meet with her every two weeks, I have not seen or herd off her for over 10 months. Despite leaving my care coordinator a voicemail asking for help. I questioned the receptionist at Lymebrook about this about they apoologisd that no one had informed me that my care coordinator was on long term leave and that I would again be reassigned a new care coordinator.
This has yet to happen 10 months down the line.
I therefore rely on the help of the doctor I see at Lymebrook. But, unfortunatly,
I am guessing due to work load, my appointment with the doctor has again been rescheduled for another month down the line. Meaning, that instead of waiting four to six weeks to see the doctor again, as they advised, I am waiting a total of 17 weeks! I don't see this as helping my health in anyway. I'm am struggling daily and feel like I have no support from Lymebrook.
