"Loved being a patient here"

I left the surgery a while ago because I moved house.

I absolutely loved being a patient here. The staff were kind, respectful and really tried to help me. I needed a referral for my mental health and surgery for a physical health problem whilst a patient here and the GP's I saw were responsive, communicated well with me and took the time to speak to me. Special mention to one particular doctor who was wonderful whilst I was having treatment for anorexia with the Eating Disorder Service. She referred me rapidly and gave me support whilst having treatment.

Overall I felt really well looked after by Broomhill Surgery, and although I was only a patient there for a few years I felt that they took the time to get to know me.
