About: Clackmannanshire Community Healthcare Centre / Older peoples' services Forth Valley Royal Hospital

(as a relative),

My husband was given the most comfortable and pain free end of life care during time spent at both Forth Valley & Clackmannanshire Community Hospitals from the most caring and thoughtful staff imaginable. This meant that as a family we felt comforted as events took their course.

Thank you so much for taking the time, at such a difficult time for families, to show your appreciation for the care your husband and family received. The staff work so hard to ensure the best care possible at the end of life and will really appreciate this feedback.
