It starting out well, although car parking is dreadful, and then my operation was cancelled.
I then received letters for different dates for the operation and appointments. I arrived today 6 September 2018 for an appointment, but there was not one booked. On showing the receptionist the letter, she made inquires and told me this was a mistake. Having driven 15 miles early in the morning, for a bogus appointment; this is really is unacceptable. I can't fault the receptionist, but this does show a lack of professionalism in your organisation.
