"What a fantastic hospital"

I came up to this area for a short holiday to celebrate our Golden wedding. Unfortunately things went wrong on the first evening. I had undergone heart surgery 4 years ago and stent 1 year ago but at 3:00 in the morning I suffered a heart attack. Things were put in motion with the emergency ambulance taking me to Whitehaven hospital. After the condition was diagnosed I was moved to the Heart Center at Cumberland hospital. The care and compassion that I received at both hospitals and the ambulance service were phenomenal. I had an angiogram and angioplasty and the defect was corrected. I can not say enough about all the people who were involved in my care, I'll just say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, you were great. Back home to

Derbyshire now, bye Cumberland.

I am so sorry that you suffered a heart attack whist on holiday but thank you very much for taking the time to write to us with a positive review of our services.
