I was taken to Warrington hospital with my son as he had a very high temperature of 39 degrees which on the way increased to 39.5 as soon as I arrived I was told to sit down in a very unpleasant manner and I waited before my son was taken into triage 30 mins then I was told I had to administer Ibuprofen to my son instead of the triage nurse I have also been told I have to mow wait over 4 hours for my 2 year old to be seen by a Dr. This is highly unacceptable as he is very unwell which is why I was taken by ambulance due to his health deteriorating I have been told that there is no way for me to get home as I don't have any money or transport as I don't have any family who lives here or friends as they don't live anywhere near the area as they are further up north. I have been trying to explain to them that he has got worse and they have ignored this completely and told me to shut up and wait. And I will be seen when they are ready completely disregarding my son's health. I am not only shocked by this behaviour but angered that they don't even care that my son is getting worse.
