"A&E visit"

I visited A&E yesterday with a potential broken or damaged foot. Although the sign said a 4 hour wait, I was seen by triage, sent for an X-ray and examined by a doctor, with a decision, all within 1 hour. I agree the facilities desperately need a refurbishment and am aware that the trust are currently trying to secure this. However my experience was calm, orderly and timely.
