I had to visit the A&E Halifax hospital, Tuesday 4th September. Arrived about 8.30am. From reception area, to staff dealing with my problem, which was a small part of tube from hearing aide, became lodged bottom of my ear, my care was so good and helpful.
The staff referred me to the clinic from A&E because it required further attention.
All was arranged with the kindness and support.
I was over whelmed.
I left the hospital around noon with the object removed from my ear.
Thank you all, the staff and the doctor for all the help I received from everybody yesterday. I was worried when I arrived, but left a happy lady. Sandra
"Excellant care and help."
